BECOME A MEMBER
If you would like further information about how our club functions and would like to meet some of our members and participate in a few games of social tennis, please contact our Club Captain to ensure that someone will be available to welcome and introduce you to other club members when you first arrive. We encourage Juniors right through to Vintage players to join our club!
To get started you can:
1: Email Frank Strevens (Temp Club Captain) at: email@example.com to arrange a specific date to come down and play with members during Social Tennis at the weekends. You need to fill out a Membership Enquiry Form which you can download from the link below or pick up from the Notice Board in the Clubhouse.
The benefits of membership include Social Tennis (no court hire charge) and this takes two forms.
Controlled play (where there is a Captain of the Day rostering people onto courts for doubles play only) every weekend and public holidays between the hours of 2pm and 6pm during daylight saving and 1pm to 5pm during the winter months.
Non controlled play where courts are allocated for “Club Time”. Please see below for details of Club Times during the week as these change from time to time depending on demand/usage. Currently this has been affected by Covid 19 restrictions. Members need to book ahead and all players names attending must be recorded (for contact tracing purposes.)
You can also hire a court at other times for your own play (please see the Court Bookings/Book a court page for details).
